1.基本要求：回复都要避免拼写错误，不能有语法错误，要完整， 包含符号比如问号等，注意格式，比如开头字母大写等细节。提问可以随意， 不用拘泥于细节。同一个产品下面的FAQ，可以出现yes或是No的简单回复， 但是不要出现多个yes或是No的简单回复，注重提问和回复的多样性。
2.FAQ的内容要有参考价值，不能是产品描述里面很明确的信息， 比如描述已经明确了电池容量是2000mah，再提问电池容量多少 回复2000mah，就没有必要了， 但是可以提问多久充满电 是不是足容量等。
3.多列举客户常见的问题，参考系统里面的产品信息审核，自己客户问过的问题，也可以把问题和回复发给对应的类别专职业务， 由专职业务添加到FAQ。
4.多参考其他平台的FAQ, 比如Amazon， 但不要原版复制亚马逊和其他电商的FAQ。
5.在搜集FAQ的时候， 发现其他平台热卖的产品，如果我们没有， 推荐给产品经理和专职采购去开发， 发现热门关键词，设置到系统热门关键词一起维护。

1、检查产品标题和描述是否准确，是否有错误信息或者漏掉关键信息，如有，审核产品通知文案修改

3、添加FAQ内容，一定要是客户关心的问题，答案要准确和有参考价值
4、检查一起购买的内容，是否有关联紧密的产品，可以设置为一起购买，例如和安卓手机设置一起购买的产品有：数据线，充电器，TF卡等
5、到同行网站，亚马逊，速卖通网站比较，和采购多沟通，挖掘新品和更有优势的价格等，如有，审核到系统里

和推广专员多沟通，收集视频等素材，争取将自己负责的产品多推到专栏，广告图，社交平台等，多曝光
